What a Free Roofing Estimate From 247 Roofs Includes
A free estimate isn’t a number shouted from the driveway. It starts with a proper roof inspection: we walk the roof when it’s safe to do so, check flashings, boots, valleys, ridge caps and gutters, look in the attic where we can, and photograph everything we find. You get that photo report whether or not you hire us.
Then you get a written, itemized estimate that spells out the scope — repair or replacement, materials, underlayment and ventilation, tear-off and disposal, and the workmanship warranty that goes with it. If two options make sense, such as a repair now versus a replacement, we price both and explain the trade-off. Prices are firm for the scope described; nothing is added later without your say-so.
How Long It Takes
Most residential inspections take under an hour on site. Commercial and multi-building assessments are scheduled with your property manager and take longer.
Storm Damage & Insurance
If hail or wind is involved, tell us. We document the damage the way adjusters expect, and we’ll walk you through the claim process before you file.
Financing
Ask about monthly payment options during your estimate if a replacement is on the table.
